Island Club at North Captiva

We’re proud to be partnering with Island Club at North Captiva on a thoughtful revitalization of the property, focused on elevating the overall experience while honoring what makes the island special. This collaboration includes the development of a new on-island restaurant, Anchors Landing, the introduction of a relaxed tiki bar, and meaningful updates to existing facilities, with additional projects planned for the future. Together, we’re investing in the long-term vision of North Captiva by creating spaces that bring people together and strengthen the sense of place. We’re excited about what’s ahead and about building a connected, vibrant community across Captiva and North Captiva, reconnecting the islands through shared experiences, thoughtful design, and a renewed island spirit.
